DASCO's Affordable Housing Division was established for the purpose of addressing the world's demand for low cost, affordable housing. DASCO uses modern means and methods of delivering alternative building structures to a region seeking a better way to build homes.

As an international builder, DASCO can provide all of the construction material and related services for any home design, or for any matter, any structure, including hotels, schools, clinics, barracks, labor housing and more.

Choose from one of our pre-engineered homes or provide us with your plans and our team of engineers and estimators will transform those plans into working drawings built on the light guage steel framing system.

DASCO home designs which range from 37m2 to over 300m2 all utilize the same high quality materials for the assembly of the structure, and the same construction sequence in building a large number of homes. The structure includes the wall, floor and roof framing, insulation, wiring, plumbing pipes and fittings, drywall interior and plaster/stucco exterior.

The finishes, including the windows, doors, cabinets, applications, roofing, plumbing and electrical fixtures, as well as amenities such as tiled floors and air-conditioning, represent the overall cost difference between the most affordable DASCO home and the most luxurious.
